You are welcome to read, link to and share our pages. Please don’t attack, overload or copy the site in a way that harms it or other people, and don’t use it for anything illegal.

4. Content and trademarks

The text, design and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. The names and logos of our apps are ours. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License, and the icons come from Google’s Material Symbols under the Apache License 2.0.

Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Android is a trademark of Google LLC.

5. Links to other sites

Links to Google Play and other sites are there to help you. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren’t responsible for them.

6. No warranty, and liability

We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but we provide the site “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses caused by using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

7. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Moonlanes is registered (see the legal notice); this never takes away the protection the law of the country where you live gives you as a consumer. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts where Moonlanes is registered, or in the courts where you live. Please contact us first: most problems are solved by email.
