1. In the app (fastest)
- Open Call Screen.
- Go to Me → Settings → Privacy & ads.
- Tap Delete my data, then confirm.
Deleted straight away, on your phone: everything the app stored there. That means your looks and who they are for, looks you made, photos and videos you added, sounds and name ringtones you made, block rules, quick replies, reminders, the “looks shown” history, items you unlocked by watching ads, and your settings. The app then starts fresh.
Deleted at our analytics partner: the app also asks for the usage statistics linked to this phone’s app ID to be deleted from Google Analytics for Firebase. We send the request to Google within 30 days, and Google removes the data from its systems within 63 days of receiving it.
2. Uninstall the app
When you uninstall Call Screen, Android deletes everything the app stored on your phone.
- Cancel any subscription first, in Google Play: uninstalling doesn’t cancel it. See how to cancel.
- Uninstalling can’t reach data our partners already have. It is deleted automatically on the schedule in section 5, or sooner if you email us.
3. By email
Write to privacy@moonlanes.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us that you use Call Screen and, if you bought something, your Google Play order number. It starts with GPA. and is in your Google Play receipt email, or in the Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
If you still have the app, use Delete my data in the app instead: it sends the app ID we need, which we can’t find any other way. Without the app or an order number, the data our partners hold can’t be linked to you; it isn’t tied to your name, email address or phone number, and it is deleted automatically on the schedule below.
We reply within one month and confirm when the deletion is done.
4. What stays where it is
- Your purchases. They belong to your Google account, so they come back with Restore purchases if you reinstall. To delete our purchase record at RevenueCat, email us; Google Play keeps its own order records under Google’s privacy policy.
- Files outside the app. Backup files you saved, videos you exported to your gallery, and ringtones set in Android for your phone or your contacts. Delete or change them in your Files, Photos, Contacts or sound settings. Tip: before deleting, use Sounds → Ringtones → Restore my previous ringtone to put your old ringtone back.
- Links you shared. They stay in the chats where you sent them. They never contain photos or videos.
- A short record of your request. We keep a note that we handled it (the date and what was deleted), not the data itself.
5. How long each partner takes
| Data | When you ask us to delete it | If you don’t ask |
|---|---|---|
| Everything on your phone | Immediately, with Delete my data or by uninstalling | Stays until you delete it |
| Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase) | We send the request within 30 days; Google deletes the data within 63 days | Deleted after at most 14 months |
| Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) | Deleted automatically within 90 days | 90 days |
| Purchase records (RevenueCat) | Within 30 days of your email | Kept while you have purchases, then as long as tax and consumer law require |
| Ad data (AppLovin and ad networks) | We can’t access or delete it. Reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s settings, and use each partner’s privacy policy to contact it | Under each partner’s own policy |
| Emails with us | Within 30 days | Up to 2 years after our last message |
The ad partners are listed, with links to their policies, in section 6 of the privacy policy. The privacy policy explains all the data in detail.
